臘味蘿卜糕

臘味蘿卜糕

準備材料如下:

1- 蝦米, 半杯用酒泡過,瀝幹,
2-香腸, 3條切丁,
3-臘肉, 1杯切丁,
4-油酥紅蔥頭, 3湯勺,
5-4杯粘米粉(正好是一包)
6-白蘿卜1000克,刨絲,
7-調料: 鹽和白胡椒各一小勺,口味重的可加多一點鹽,加一點味精,

- 把以上1-4,四樣東西用少量油炒香,
- 把粘米粉和3杯水放一深鍋,最好是不粘的鍋,攪勻,慢火加熱,要不停攪動,
- 白蘿卜絲加一杯水蓋蓋中火燒開,煮成透明, 大約15分鍾,
- 把煮好的白蘿卜絲連同水和調料一起到入米漿裏,繼續攪拌和加熱,直到攪成厚糊了,離火,
- 把臘味拌料加進米糊裏,再拌勻,
- 大同電飯鍋,內鍋用玻璃紙墊好,把米糊到入,外鍋放3杯水,蒸大約40分鍾, 用筷子插入取出光滑就好了. 我買這個大同飯鍋就是為了做這個,好省事.

可以馬上吃,也可以冷後切厚片煎金黃色沾醬吃, 我家愛用工研牌的海山醬.台灣人愛用來沾粽子吃的醬.
