烤牛肉,蔬菜紅薯粉,Salmon,Couscous,咖哩羊肉,意大利麵,Hamburger

韓國餐-

烤牛肉—flank steak 用買的韓國燒烤醬醃過, 一麵grill 3 分鍾後用錫紙蓋住,5分鍾後,切段,包生菜和韓國辣麵醬吃.

蔬菜紅薯粉--紅薯粉用開水煮好過冷水,瀝幹,拌麻油,備用, 熱鍋用油炒香蒜末和洋蔥絲, 加香菇絲,木耳絲,胡籮卜絲,紅椒絲, 包菜絲,炒軟,放進紅薯粉, 加醬油,糖,麻油,我還加了一點香菜.


西餐—

Salmon 用 Costco 買的 seafood dry rub 抹後醃半小時後用少量油煎兩麵金黃.

Couscous- 一杯雞湯燒開加一杯couscous, 一大勺青蔥, 一勺橄欖油,一點鹽和胡椒 , 拌勻,蓋蓋5分鍾,開蓋用叉子翻一翻就好了.

Brussels sprouts—把bacon 炒出油後,加一切兩半的Brussels sprouts炒,加一點雞湯蓋蓋煮一下,加一點鹽和胡椒.

咖哩羊肉—用買來做 Biryani 的醬來做很省事, 米飯分開煮. 用黃油把洋蔥炒香, 放一勺番茄醬, 半瓶biryani醬,炒香, 加羊肉炒斷生,加罐頭番茄,酸奶,水蓋蓋煮爛羊肉.

Lemon rice-- 用盈盈的方子,百吃不厭.

炒包菜—用黃油炒,加鹽和胡椒.

意大利餐—

碎牛肉用橄欖油炒香,加洋蔥炒香, 加紅椒丁炒軟, 加番茄,黑橄欖, sun dried tomato, 磨菇, hearts of palm, 紅酒, 番茄醬, oregano, hot pepper flake, fennel seeds, 慢火燒, 加煮好的麵, 拌勻, 撒parsley, parmesan cheese.

Hamburger – 做成四個肉餅,用一點油兩麵煎一下,3-4分鍾一麵,比外麵的好吃.

1 egg
¼ cup bread crumb
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
salt & pepper to taste
