LG在外麵吃了幾天回來,很感歎的說,還是家裏的飯好吃.有這句話就夠了,女人就是傻啊, 明明知道他在外麵吃好的喝好的,還心疼他沒吃好,還忙忙碌碌地做吃的想慰勞他.
這是昨晚吃的,現在又在忙今晚的,我自找的.
米粉蒸排骨--
- 把短米和一點糯米,加八角,炒成金黃色,加花椒,再炒一下,涼後,用機器打碎,分批打, 有的打細一點,有的打粗一點.
- costco 的 baby back rib,切開,再切兩段,用,酒,糖,味精,辣豆瓣醬,甜麵醬,油,薑米,拌好,醃10分鍾,拌米粉.
-荷葉用開水燙過用冷水洗好鋪在竹蒸籠裏,墊上一些,土豆塊,(用日本綠皮南瓜和紅薯更好,我要把這些土豆用掉,就用它了,也很好吃), 放進排骨,上爐蒸 1.5 小時.
這道菜是常被人點的,很好吃的,PP不好看.

雪裏蕻燒帶魚--LG愛吃帶魚
- 帶魚畫刀痕,用酒,鹽,胡椒,醃半小時,用紙吸/擠幹水,用油煎黃. 這樣已經很好吃啦, 幹煎魚就這樣吃了,攢點辣醬油.
- 用油炒香大蒜,辣椒末,加雪裏蕻,酒,糖,一點高湯,生抽,帶魚,收幹水就好了.
