Beef Enchiladas
做醬:用油炒香切碎的洋蔥和大蒜,加:
1/2 tsp cumin
1 TB chili powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry oregano
再炒香,加:
1 - 7 oz small can of diced green chiles
2 - 15 oz can of tomato sauce
慢火煮10分鍾,留用.
做陷: 用油炒香切碎的洋蔥, 加:
1 LB 碎牛肉,炒出油,去掉過多的油,加切成小丁的土豆,黑橄欖碎, 1 TB chili powder, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1 TB dry parsley (2 TB if use fresh), 炒香,加番茄醬(15 oz)一罐,小火煮10分鍾, 留用.
組裝: 烤箱預熱375F, 把一杯醬到在烤盤裏,鋪平,
把全麥的麵餅,先兩麵攢上醬,放2大勺陷,卷起來, 放進烤盤, 擺滿烤盤, 蓋上剩下的醬, cheese 和切片的黑橄欖, 進烤箱烤20 分鍾, 好了.
