用店裏買的pie crust line quiche dish,line foil and fill dry beans,bake in 425F oven for 10 min, remove dry beans and foil, bake another 5 min,let it cool
spread 8 oz squeezed-dry defrosted frozen spinach,
1 cup swiss cheese,
1/4 cup parm cheese,
1/4 cup green onion,
2 cans (1/2LB) of drained crab meat in the quiche dish,
mix 3 eggs, 1 cup half & half,1/4 ts nutmeg ,black pepper and pour on top
bake at 350F for 45 min.






French Onion Soup
5 大洋蔥切絲,用4TB 黃油,中火煸炒

Caramelize成這樣,加1TB麵粉,炒熟麵粉,加1/3杯紅酒,加3罐頭牛肉湯和1杯水, 1ts Worcestershire sauce, black pepper.

裝入湯碗,蓋一塊烤過的麵包(法國麵包切片塗黃油,烤脆),撒上Swiss cheese,and Parmesan cheese,進450F烤箱烤10分鍾.

應該把烤架升到最高(broil),cheese烤焦一點,可我的湯碗太高,沒能烤焦


用麵包機和麵和發麵,醒麵20分鍾,進375F烤箱烤20分鍾
135g bread flour
135g whole wheat flour
12g olive oil
3g salt
5g yeast
45g sugar
20g milk powder
1 egg
80g 1% fat milk
80g half&half
