韓國冷麵,韓國烤肉

去了一趟韓國超市, 昨天就吃了兩頓韓國餐, 簡單,省事,幾乎不用起爐火.

韓國冷麵--午飯

材料:

蕎麥麵--用開水煮好用涼水衝洗到不黏為止,瀝幹備用

配料:

熟雞蛋, 黃瓜, 西紅柿,香菜,韓國泡菜, 黃金瓜,鹵牛肉, 胡羅卜---切片,切絲...

醬: 生抽,糖,白醋,香油,芝麻,蔥花,蒜泥,味精,牛精 (韓國店買的一種 類似雞精),一點芥末

辣椒醬--可另加

冰水--分開放(我兒子不放水,他就涼拌)

大碗放麵,加配料,醬,冰水,辣椒醬, 開吃

韓國烤肉--晚飯

材料:

牛排,我愛用Flap/skirt steak,肉有花文肥,味好,嫩,薄,容易入味和烤,用Costco Yoshida Sauce, Garlic Powder and Mirin醃過夜,用BBQ爐烤3分鍾一麵,放盤裏用錫紙蓋8分鍾,切條

配料: 生菜, 芝麻葉子, 韓國泡菜,韓國辣醬,飯,包著吃
