材料:
煉乳 14 oz 罐頭一個
水 2 杯
Vanilla - 1 tsp
Gelatine - 1 TBSP + 2 TBSP cold water
Cream Cheese - 8 TBSP (size of stick of butter)
Salt - 1/8 tsp
Sauce: 1 - frozen strawberry puree or
2 - strawberry jam diluted with some water
--------I was testing to see which one I like better, for sweeter result, use the diluted jam, for more freshness, use the puree.
做法:
Gelatine - 1 TBP + 2 TBP water - 融解備用
把其他所有的東西放入小鍋裏加熱到鍋內邊圍起小泡,不要燒開,離開火,加gelatine攪勻,到入容器(大的給家庭用,小的給個人用),進冰箱,凝固後用水果,sauce 點綴,吃吧.
