老公買了兩包小麥胚芽,我就拿來做了健康版的全麥鬆餅。
I have two packets of Wheat germ at home that I have no idea what to do with. So I made this healthy whole wheat & wheat germ Pancake!
材料:
3/4 杯 雜糧粉
1/4 杯 小麥胚芽
1 小勺 泡打粉
1/4 小勺 小蘇打
1/2 小勺 蘋果醋
2 大勺 無鹽黃油
2 大勺 紅糖
1 杯 + 2 大勺 全脂牛奶
1 隻 中型雞蛋
1/8 小勺 食鹽
Ingredients:
3/4 Cup Wholewheat flour
1/4 Cup Wheat Germ
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vinegar
2 tbsp Unsalted butter
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 cup + 2 tbsp of milk
1 egg
1/8 tsp salt
1. 把所有材料放到攪拌器裏攪拌成糊裝, 也可以用打蛋器在盆裏把材料都拌好。
2. 中小火熱上個平底鍋,倒入一大勺的麵糊,等麵餅表麵開始出現泡泡的時候,翻麵煎成金黃色就好了。
1. Blend all ingredients listed in a food processor until smooth, you can use a whisk to whisk the ingredients too.
2. Heat up a frying pan or griddle, I used the mini pancake griddle I just bought, and let my son bake these pancake. Pour in a scoop of batter, cook the pancake at medium heat, wait until bubbles form on the surface of pancake, turn the pancake and cook the other side.
Serve the pancake with butter and maple syrup. It is as fluffy and soft!
