1. 把蔬菜洗幹淨切塊,加一點鹽和剛剛沒過蔬菜的水高壓8-10分鍾,然後用用壓土豆泥的smasher 把蔬菜稍微壓碎.
2. 高壓蔬菜的時候另外一口鍋裏下3 tbsp的黃油,煸炒切碎的洋蔥,洋蔥變色之後倒入一茶匙的薑蒜蓉和糖,然後倒入切丁的番茄和切碎的青辣椒。
3. 等番茄炒軟了,看見紅油之後把1茶匙Garam Masala、半茶匙薑黃、1茶匙辣椒粉、1.5 茶匙芫荽粉、半茶匙孜然粉、1茶匙孜然全加入翻炒大約一分鍾,然後倒入剛剛壓好的蔬菜。
4. 加蓋中火煮10分鍾,至稠稠的,這個時候倒入番茄醬和鹽調味。
5. 做好了Bhaji,就準備Pav,就是買來的餐包,對半切開,抹上Butter在平底鍋裏烤香,就可以了。

2. In another cooking pan, melt 3 tbsp of butter, fry chopped onion till it turned translucent, add a teaspoon of ginger garlic paste, and a teaspoon of sugar, stir for about a minute, add chopped green chilies and tomato cubes.
3. Cook until oil separated from the side of onion and tomato, add Garam Masala, turmeric powder, chili powder, dhania powder, jeera powder and jeera, fry for about 1 minute, add mashed vegetable.
4. Cover with lid and cook for about 10 minutes or until gravy thickened, add tomato paste/ketchup.
5. Prepare pav, halved the pav (sweet bun) and spread a thin layer of butter, toast it on a pan till the surface turn golden brown
