再說“老婆心”

　　日語裏的“老婆心”的使用場合很難與英語或漢語“對接”。因為日語因詞，句，語法，動詞名詞的“活用”可以表達出“上下級關係”（目上與目下之間），而英語和現代漢語往往是直接了當地表達法，除了上下文的語境，語氣，很難區分一句話是上對下還是下對上，基本功能都是平等的。“我喜歡你”男對女，女對男，上對下，下對上都可以同樣使用。日語則不同，“私貴方好”可以因男女老少平級同輩的地位而有許多種表達法。
　　“可能是老婆心”一般是上級對下級的建言，提議時使用。
　　下級對上級不能妄用“老婆心”，可用用“僭越”一詞。
　　僭越：指超越本分行事。古時指地位低下的冒用在上的名義或器物等，尤指用皇家專用的。《魏書·清河王懌傳》：“諒以天尊地卑，君臣道別，宜杜漸防萌，無相僭越。”
　　僭越多表示自謙〖modest〗。如：僭先（越禮先。謙詞）；僭忝（謂越分愧居上位。用為謙詞）；僭易（冒昧、輕慢。謙詞）；僭談（謙詞。所說的超越本分）。
　　李大釗《我的馬克思主義觀》：“我平素對於馬氏的學說沒有什麽研究，今天硬想談‘馬克思主義’已經是僭越的很。”
　　“老婆心”
　　 With an old woman's heart
　　though it may not be necessary
　　give advice though it may not be necessary
　　out of friendship
　　take a friendly word of advice
　　solicitude; consideration; concern; (excessive) kindness
　　This phrase is used mainly by older persons when they give someone a piece of advice. This phrase is used so as not to sound that they are patronising or pushy.
　　英語”I say this out of kindness”
　“It may seem a bit old-fashioned, but it’s important to follow up with new employees.”
　“I realize it might come off as me being a bit overprotective, but it’s crucial to share tasks with fellow team members during a project.”
　　“Though it might come off as a bit old-fashioned, it’s vital to be mindful that excessive care for your subordinates can hinder their growth.”
　　上記“老婆心”即超過度的擔心，多用的費心。
　　老婆心不可対目上之人使用。
　　老婆心男人也可使用。忠告、提醒。
　　You can take or leave this old man’s advice but let me suggest you.
