Holly, I have been waiting for this for more than one month

I started the mortgage application at the beginning of December. Because of the holidays, the contracts were extended one time after another, all sellers were very nervous and pissed off.

I provided tons of documents to the lender, all current leases, all current mortgages, two years of tax returns, three months bank statements showing down payments.

Wating, waiting, and more waiting! It was frustrating. Although, as the process went deeper, my feeling was that they will give me the mortgages, or they should have rejected me much earlier, unless they are stupid.

Mortgage broker told me there are three levels of hurdles I had to pass, with more than one reviews for each.

Today, the broker send me this message:"Just so you know, the bank has confirmed they are sending commitments for all 3 properties today!!! "

These are three mortgages: two houses, one condo, for a total price of about $450,000.

Now, tomorrow, I am going to send them another two contracts for two condos, for $150,000. I have been holding these two because I do not want to disturb the long process. I hope this time it will be short and sweet, haha.
