It looks like a sale is going through

I have been selling this house in DFW since March. Had two failed offers, it looks like this one is finally going through.

Bought the house in auction, has rented for two years. Tried to sell right after it was bought, but could not, and had to go to the rental market.

I am going to put my last house in DFW on the market when the tenant moves out at the end of this month.
