I Got a Jumper Today

PM in Central Florida emailed me today and told me she got an application. It is a couple who currently live in the complex but their landlord wants to sell their unit, so they are moving in a hurry. People who move in a hurry and have to find a place really quick are called jumpers.They want to move in within a week.
