I made two offers yesterday. One REO, one normal sale.
The normal sale countered today. I countered. But I have already decided to take it.
The REO, I offered $200 above asking price. And the bank verbally accepted my offer today!_(b)
Who knows, the price may drop further more, and I could be proven wrong buying at this time.
Both condos are priced in the 30's. HOA=$190/month. Tax=$70/month. Rent $600. Management 10%(I will try to negotiate it down a bit.).
Mortgage? HLC interest rate = 2.25% (For now. It may go back up to 6% like two year ago, but just enjoy it while it is low.)
