照燒醬材料:1cup水2cup味淋(mirin)(或一杯味淋,一杯清酒)1cup醬油(soysauce)2/3cup紅糖(或更少,根據口味調整)2tbsp韓國辣椒醬照燒雞材料:2-3塊去骨雞腿肉1tbsp薑汁胡椒粉少許(Optional)鹽少許2-3大匙照燒醬1/2tsp烤香的黑芝麻(optional)1/2tsp烤香的白芝麻一碗白米飯

美容特選---亞麻籽枸杞燕麥片
材料:碾碎的有機亞麻籽粉(organicgroundflaxseeds)2~3匙、枸杞子30粒、燕麥片適量(約能煮成一大碗)、豆奶適量、烹調用的純薑粉少許、紅糖少許。
