和麵:
普通麵粉幾碗(看自己要做多少而定)放在和麵盆裏,水燒開倒在大杯子裏,放一分鍾,再一點一點的,邊用筷子攪拌,邊加開水,攪拌倒沒有幹麵,稍諒一會兒,不燙手時就可揉成麵團,醒麵30分鍾後,中間揉一次......
接下來就可像包餃子的做法一樣了……
餡料:
1.小西葫蘆插成細絲,撒點鹽拌均,等一小會兒,就可攥出去菜水,西葫蘆菜團放在一邊,

原料:
洋蔥,嫩牛肉,胡蘿卜
蒜末,薑片,蔥白,咖喱粉,生抽,鹽,料酒,濕澱粉,食用油適量。做法:1.牛肉要選沒有筋的淨牛肉,將牛肉切片,加入生抽,料酒,蒜末,濕澱粉拌勻;

翠花烤排骨,babybackribs的特殊烤法:2006-02-0901:05:39一.幹料製作及用途:1.比例為七份紅糖(BrownSugar)
2.兩份幹辣椒麵(ChiliPowder我用的是CaliforniaChiliPowder)
