正宗的魚香肉絲要求是肉絲佐料要切細成頭發絲般地...基於健康養生低熱量，我采用了火雞肉。
超市裏有售TurkeyBreastScallopini，多汁水靈，是薄薄一片片的那樣子的。進一步的加工就是把火雞片再剖薄，然後橫切成細絲（如圖）。
