When I was in university, my prof. told me that li xiao peng could not even pass some courses and the electrical and power department refused to grant him the "XUE WEI ZHENG SHU". Later his mum ZHU LIN went thorough university level and by passed department and got it for him. Later on he was assigned to Hua Neng Vice president when he was so young directly. His whole family is corrupted.
