陽陽17個月＋3周。MRI 是兩周前做的。今天去醫生那裏討論結果。報告上的 findings:
The brain stem is small and ventral pons is flattened. There is exophitic soft tissue mass in the right lateral aspect of the medulla, measuring 12mm x 12mm. This demonstrates similar signal intensity to the adjacent normal brainstem tissue and no abnormal enhancement is seen. The left cerebellar hemisphere is smaller than the right.
其它都正常。
我聽到的意思是：
1，pons 很平，所以 motor skills 方麵的發育比較慢。
2，medulla 旁邊個有一個不正常的突起，1.2cm 大小，跟周圍的組織的成分是一樣的，要繼續觀察。每年做一次腦部 MRI，看是否增大，變成腫瘤。
3，左邊的 cerebellar 比右邊的小，所以陽陽的右手弱，左手強。需要加強物理治療，每周2－3次。
醫生對這些腦部的不正常還不算太著急。她說算是 cerebral palsey，腦部形成的時候就這樣，不是生產時的損傷。經過早期治療，可以有正常的生活。
醫生說我們更應該留意自閉症（autism）的傾向。她就說陽陽腦袋好像很大，測量了一下，比同期孩子都大不少。她說很多自閉症的孩子都腦袋大。
醫生說每隔兩個月要看陽陽，定期審核。
我本來就知道陽陽有點不正常，聽了醫生的解釋，反而安心了。知道有什麽問題，就容易預防和治療。
