再請問：大家計算過每月pay 多少principle, interest? 跟APR有關嗎？

如果loan amount一定，時間長短一定（30年，15年），那monthly payment 裏麵，有多少interest, 多少principle 是否隻跟rate 有關，跟APR無關呢？
