１．按我的經驗，像你這種大小的房子，需要有一個尺寸合適的storage room.我不知道你住這房子多久了．時間越長，如果再考慮孩子的因素，你會體會它的重要性．你現在的Study Room恐怕將來會變成儲藏室．Sump Pump在下雨天也是很嘈的，所以不太適合學習和住人．因此，作儲藏室正合適．
２．Utility Room的隔間不夠大．如果申請Permit，恐難過關．為了以後維護的方便，與牆的間距至少2.5'．鑒於這個考慮，#6的建議是有幫助的．I believe you would figure it out.

Based on your layout, the Home Theater is located by the equipment room. How do you isolate the noise generated by the heater? It will be annoying when you watch movie with the noise. You may build a concrete or brick wall there, and use solid door. But it is not appropriate considering the air flow. By the way, I like the way that you hide the poles, and the functions you applied.
