DREAM IN THREE PARTS
1.
E-motion.
Silky light
fleeing.
Eternal
Frenzy of daily
Passing.
She’s scared
to jump
from anxiety’s height.
She’s crying
climbing down
a high wall.
I want to save
both of them.
Who am I?
A hero
from a different
time?
They both jumped
without my
catch-in-midair.
They are both
heroes.
2.
Beach.
Sharks returned---
grounded---to where
their ancestors were saved.
Gentle mammals
after all.
Cold skin
against scolding sand.
3.
I had to jump
into a boiling caldron
against which
a sexy bikini walking
in sea-blue breeze.
The text is burning,
changing.
My hands wet
from thinking.
Sinking.
How deep
do I have to dive
in order to meet you
face to face?

what i say "a flow of images," that is nature....something "i" cannot control, predict, manipulate, etc....
the meaning of "decision-making" is a relative one, i.e., when one is not "making a decision," one IS making a decision, right? :)
when you follow your intuition while making decisions, that should definitely help....in the worldly sense, we say someone is "smart," that means he/she is not only using the "head," but also his/her "heart"...

I am not crashing…
There are many types of decision-making process.
For me, the good decisions I have made are from my intuition or nature not from my mind.
Everyone is different…… but that does't mean my decision is better than others'
We need to free our mind to think the meaning of“making choices” …
Maybe I am talking another word of “choosing”as I was talking about the concept of“自作多情”long time ago……
I didn’t find “choosing” in this poem, just nature, all are nature……
I don't mind if no one know what I am talking about....

if and only if, this dream reflects "making choices," then, it is very interesting!!! i didn't realize that until now, after writing it....thanks to y.y.'s interpretation....
in real life, we make decisions within certain limits, including those "big patatoes" [people with power]....
we make "decisions," but that does not necessarily mean the "outcome" is what we desire---then, "desire" is another slipery word :)
everyday, upon opening our eyes, we start the "decision-making" process....

well, we have to choose sometimes, but I really don’t like to choose….
The life (or a journey) you chosen will “crash” eventually
That’s my view about the word “crash” chosen for that film:
"Crash": You think you know who you are. You have no idea.

i think y.y. is refering to the [un]concious decision-making....even in dreams, we seem to face "choices"...
but in "my dream," i was not pressed by "choices," but a flow of images...
who knows!
what you both said make sense too...
the robert frost poem is indeed about making conscious choices in life...
do we all have to do that??

Life is a journey full of choices. Even Robert Frost wrote that road not taken. We choose to become and be what we are.

Only Sophie had to choose, because she was forced to choose… (“Sophie’s choice”)
Are you forced to choose?? That’s too bad...
No matter how deep you dive, you will meet her face to face, if It is the one you really want to meet…(not chosen)… I think….

First one, no matter if you make a choice or not, what happens will happen.
Second one, choose to return - - - it has “仁” in it
Third one, what ever you choose is not bad as you thought . . .
