炊煙嫋嫋找距離

今天常規跑操場。

跑interval，我跑interval的速度，是喵兒爸跑幾英裏tempo的速度，距離啊距離。

跑道邊上的building升起陣陣炊煙，不知道是不是食堂開夥了，lol.想起鄧麗君王菲都唱過的那首又見炊煙，我還是喜歡王菲，不知道為啥。

FB上提醒我8年前的今天第一次騎車登上魔鬼山，那時候還慈眉善目的，頂著個巨大的蘑菇頭盔，34塊錢買的，哈哈
