好多教練都說2beat kick 打水劃水同側手腳。 這裏又看見對角線的打水劃水， Is it realy wrong? How wrong is it? （其實人走路手腳也是這樣對角線運動的）

 

有沒有對比同側手腳，對角線手腳的利弊？

粗想一下對角線手（劃）腳（打）似乎更 穩定（保持直線）
