不懂就問

本老最近從auction拿到一個房子，但裏麵住著租客。今天跟租客見了嗎，告知他俺現在是屋主了，請他盡早準備搬家。他說，這個月的租金已經交給前房東了，要住到月底，而且他們原來的lease 也是到月底expire。俺同意他住到月底，但是不知道是否還得給他發個書麵通知，重申原來的lease到月底終止，本人不準備跟他續簽lease，他必須與到期之日前搬走。請哪位有過類似經曆或知道其中有啥pitfalls 的新老地主不吝指教。
