$2萬的房，大約$5000修好，租$750。但是這區很難賣掉房。是個好的出租地方。

看起來匯報不是太好，也絕對不算壞。

有個一直想不明白的問題。日後想賣(平價就賣，不指望房價升值)，賣不掉，那還
是沒賺，也不能無限期拿著啊。

你們買房都是想很長久的持有嗎？不考慮賣的問題？

這種基本隻能租不升值，難賣的房，大家認為如何？

如果有一天需要賣，賣虧了，那這些年的苦力掙的房租就賠進去很多
