Most answers seem to focus on "If you can rent it out....then ok".

This seems to be the very original idea of "landlord".

Appreciation is probably an "added" value.

Finding a good tenant is first step. Holding for long term is is the second key.

I am now leaning toward owning it, thanks to your answers and analysis. Appreciated.
