It is not that bad neighborhood at all. All white working class families, many with children. Truck drivers, painters, etc.. The owner of the house lived for her entire life in this house. The last time this house was sold was in 1950's.
I have no desire, and no guts, to go into the kind of neighborhood you joked about, though I have a collection of various automatic weapons from previous years. I choose to avoid those areas too. I can only admire some brave souls on this board who do business in those areas, but I can't copy them. You are the heros that I will never be. Ha ha. -:))
