請教檸檬： Adverse possession

我的出租房隔壁是6 acres farm land. 地的分界線剛好在driveway （一半？）. 但是我們一直在剪driveway另一邊的草地。大概15feet x40 feet.  

如果從前owner 開始就一直是這樣的，我可以claim adverse possession? how about the driveway?

不知道該怎麽證明這個。這房子已經建了50年了。

房子後院的草地是另一家在剪，我們給了easement 允許他們進入我們的草地剪草。因為我們後院大部分是樹林，隻有與鄰居挨著的一長條是草地。
