車禍---請網友分析責任何方？(續1)[圖]

謝謝大家在上貼的寶貴分析，今天我又送了6張照片給aaa保險公司。
（這些照片事發當天我已經送給agent，但沒有加注解）

但願這些照片能幫上我。

如果保險公司通知是我的責任，那時我才決定是否要上法庭。

希望有熱心、有經驗的大俠多提寶貴意見。
