You should not say that you assume which way the truck is going. That does not count for anything. It may hirt your case. You just state the truck is moving on the center lane (left lane) and you are moving on the right lane. It cut you off. Once again, the turning signal does not matter. The truck can not just signal and turn, it is not a tunk, it needs to make sure the right side lane is clear.
