問題在於卡車公司會這末解釋：
卡車司機打了右轉向燈，然後把車向中線偏去完成右轉（他這麽做不需要打左傳燈），但他的車尾還在右線， 所以你不可以從他的右邊超車！這樣的話，就是你的責任了。 除非你有證人正明他沒有打右轉燈（這讓你誤會他要轉左），否則的話你隻能自認倒黴了（下次遇見卡車小心一點）！
