我被控domestic voilance，老貓能幫忙回答一些問題嗎？

夫妻吵架互相打了幾下，勞工第2天保了警，我被逮捕被控1st degree misdemeanor, 花了2000塊雇了個律師，可律師好像什麽也不幹。我和勞工不住在同一個城市，事情發生在我的住處。我被朋友保釋出來，保釋要求理由不能聯係我勞工，否則會再被逮捕。檢察官說我勞工可以聯係我..我讓律師告訴我勞工讓我勞工聯係我，我可能就可以說服我勞工drop the charge， 可律師一直拖著什麽都不做。前幾天pretrial,律師說可能當庭能和我勞工和解，可我勞工當天沒來，所以那天什麽都沒做。過幾個禮拜是trial，我很擔心，請問：
1。 我會被關監獄嗎？
2。 我會被deported嗎？
3。 我如果回國探親是否就會不來了？

實際上我是家庭暴力的受害者，本地家庭暴力協會的人一直在幫我，他們也和檢察官聯係過。請問我的案子被dismiss的比率大嗎？老毛能不能幫我分析一下?多謝了
