my friend'c couple own a house with wife's brother. During divorce, wife sold their share to her brother without hu*****and's knowledge. wife has all proceeds. a few years later, hu*****and got deed from county and found out wife showed as unmarried on the deed, which is why she is able to sell their share.
How to proceed this in court? will court gives half of her proceeds to hu*****and or the house should be appraised at current value, then split ?
will court approve wife's sell as legal? how about her status as married, which was fraud since she was married at that time?
