1。my brother wasn't in US after married, so his wife bought that house with her brother's couple as unmarried. Her brother and sister-in-aw showed married on deed. My brother didn't know it at all and had never seen this deed before his attorney told him to check county record

2. right after divorce filing, his wife sold their portion to her brother and sister-inlaw as unmarried again. Since my brother's name was never on the original deed, that was why she was able to transfer.

3. his wife may agree to give him half of contract price. But questions is

     should this house be appriased at current market price then split? It makes $100k price difference to my brother

     if so, are his wife's brother and sister-in-law responsible to pay the difference? They knew the fraud on both deeds

  it is so expenseive to fight. We want to know it worths to fight for that $100k
