老貓及各位法律專家，懇求你們幫我看看下麵這個關於律師費得條款不會reinforce able .
情況是這樣的，我幾年前.租住了一個美國人的house，當時他們一家去國外工作，所以把家租出去。合同是和management簽的。我們住了2年多以後，搬出來以後他們開始sue 我和management， 所有的claims 加起來好幾萬美元。現在我最擔心的是我會不會要對以下條款負責。。這個合同是一個standard form residential lease…我特別不解，這個條款明顯是對租客不合理的，不平等 。 當然，我也是很豬頭會在這樣的合同上簽字。。 請發表一下你們的看法。。 多謝。。 我想最簡單的理由是我要付的是management的律師費，而不是房東的律師費。。可是management和landlord是不是可以理解成一個人呢，如果他們是agency的relationship？ 但是，landlord現在吧management也起訴了。。
Attorney’s fees and enforcement costs: If Management brings any legal action against Resident, Resident must pay Management’s actual attorney’s fees, or other legal fees and expenses including fees paid to a collection agency, expenses, and court costs even if rent is paid after the legal action is started.
