同事STEP ON OTHER'S TOE， 且造成錯誤，老板無為

Customers, 包括老板有時候要我們做事時，不直接要求某人，而是用“XXX team”, 即使知道這件事應該由誰來做，也不具體人名。後果是，在TEAM MEMBERS 之間，為了表示自己內做，而互相搶。這次本不應該他做的，他搶著做，在不知道具體情況，不知道怎麽做的情況下，也不和我溝通，造成影響很大的錯誤。這件事本應該我來做的。這個錯誤是缺乏COORDINATION, 和 溝通的造成的。老板認識不到，事後，隻是三言兩語的說了他一下。

我應該如何表示？請指教！請不要替我分析，我隻是要請教如何表態。謝謝！
