你是否要全麵衡量一下，忍住不說能不能留下來?

如果能保住工作，就不要說。這樣起碼能給自己留些找工作的時間。如果無論說不說都幹不了多久，也許說了能讓你這個老板走，你自己反而也有一點保住工作的希望。我覺得你如實說的話，特別是舉出有說服力的事實，HR接下來還會找其它人進一步了解。這樣你這個老板沒有升遷希望了，他也可能自動離開。起碼上麵保他的人會以後對他的看法全麵一些。

但是，如果說了以後你可能很快就要離開的話，就忍忍先找工作比較好。畢竟現在找工作很難,怎樣對自己更好一點，全麵慎重衡量再決定。不要衝動，也不要太過膽小。
