Are you sure it's really confidential?

I will tell everything if it's really confidential. But the bottom line is I don't want to lose my job. If HR gives my boss an example of conflicts happened between my boss and me, even without a name, my boss can tell it’s me.Ｉhave been retaliated by my boss before, after I told our issues to her boss. You know they have millions of ways to get back to you if they want.
