boss talked to me twice said i don't perform well and is not a fit for this position, I should either look internal or find another job, if I don't move, he will put me into the performance review program and eventully i will be fired. These conversions just between him and myself.
My last quarter review is not good, and since the talk I start looking, i figure if boss wants you go, this is no choice. I did talk to HR once. HR said they havn't heard anything and is suprised that he talked in this way.
my question is:
1. i understand he is trying to push me out but without HR, is this right?
2.the last thing I want is program becuase i start talking to other internal transfer postions. what should I do?
3. How do I buy more time?
