急! 查出有乙型肝炎, 保險公司是否會通報 my employer?

我在 California 一家公司上班. 今天初步查出有乙型肝炎 帶陽性, 醫生準備下周一向保險公司申請深度檢查. 盡管目前我的職位還算穩定, 但是公司目前處於裁員敏感期. 請教: 因乙肝有傳染性, 又要較高的費用, 保險公司是否會主動通報 my employer, 對我不利? 謝謝各位大俠指教.
