Thanks for your detailed info and advices.
I know US has very good regulations to protect against all types of discrimination theortically. The employer should not disseminate workers with the disease. However, a person can be laid off in other reason if the company consider his health is not good on the current position.
So, my major concern is if the Health insurance will directly notify my company's HR?
Can I allow my family doctor to proceed applying further examinations? That will verify the reality of my disease.
