Your insurance company can not notify your HR.

If you really really do not want to be further tested/treated, you can just refuse it...

In general in US, you are the owner of your body, you decide if you are treated or not etc... However, if it is diseases like tuberculosis (TB), they might force the treatment because of public health concerns (TB is transmitted by air droplet)...Your case should be fine, I think.
