However, everybody who has not been vaccinated and who has not been exposed should be vaccinated - the vaccine is execellent providing 100% protection (however, Chinese have a very high exposure and infection rate, probably more than 50% have already developed protective antibodies due to insidious infection)

5) If your liver function is normal, usually, you don't need to be treated, b.c. all drugs have a potential to damage liver actually. Agressive treatment might not be a good idea.
