萬樹寒無色，南枝獨有花。

香聞流水處，影落野人家。

(Plum Blossoms in Early Spring)

 

All trees in snow lost the hue of their own,

But one twig in the south still blows alone.

I follow a scent to a house by brook,

On the walls, plum blooms’ shadows full-blown.
