材料:
絞豬肉1磅,太白粉2大匙,蘇打粉(bakingsoda)1小匙,月桂粉(cinnamonpowder)1小匙,魚露1/4杯(可用味精和雞粉代替),糖2大匙,鹽1小匙,黑胡椒粒2小匙打碎,紅蔥頭(shallots)4個打碎
