9月24日，在委內瑞拉首都加拉加斯舉行的2009年度“委內瑞拉小姐”選美決賽中，冠軍瑪蕾莉薩·希夫鬆（中）站在領獎台上。當天，2009年度“委內瑞拉小姐”選美決賽在加拉加斯舉行，21歲的建築係大學生瑪蕾莉薩·希夫鬆從20名佳麗中脫穎而出，獲得“委內瑞拉小姐”稱號。希夫鬆將代表委內瑞拉參加下屆“環球小姐”比賽。
