2009年06月30香港，熊黛林受邀參加在“海港城STYLE Model Hunt模特兒大賽總決賽”，並擔任了評委以及頒獎嘉賓。

熊黛林今日以無肩黃色流蘇背心搭配米色長褲，更顯得身材修長。作為前輩，熊黛林認為，一位優秀的模特除了要天生具備一定的身高以及姣好的外貌之外，後天習得的良好心理素質以及品味也是必不可少的，剛入行時自己也沒有什麽信心，如果當初沒有成為模特，那現在她很可能會作為一名音樂教師，在中學執教。
