劇組就此宣布演員陣容略有調整：最早定下的東邪黃秋生和西毒徐錦江不變，北丐洪七公由香港著名武星梁家仁替下孫興，而周伯通則由李保田的兒子李彧出演。
《射雕》劇組複拍後已在橫店拍攝三個多月，胡歌、林依晨等人為了搶拍不眠不休。目前該劇已陸續完成了軒轅台、鐵槍廟、牛家村幾段大戲。隨著黃秋生的進組報到，該劇進入最後的緊張拍攝階段，桃花島、歸雲莊等幾段大戲即將展開，全劇預計在明年1月中旬完成拍攝。
