茄汁明蝦

**蔥爆羊肉**
羊腿肉順纖維切細絲,用水澱粉及孜然粉捏拿均勻後,醃兩小時;
大蔥(LEEK)洗去泥沙,斜刀切細絲;
炒勺下油,十分熱後,下羊肉絲迅速劃散,7分熟撈出控油;
勺中留底油,快速煸炒蔥絲後,下羊肉絲,加鹽調味出鍋.
這道菜很受歡迎,大蔥和羊肉的香味相輔相成.整個爆炒時間不要超過三分鍾,否則羊肉偏老,蔥絲不爽.

2爆香蒜薑蔥末,放入肉末炒熟,加入生抽、少許糖調味,最後倒入茄子。
魚香茄子煲
做法:1茄子切長條炸軟
2爆香薑蔥蒜末,放入郫縣豆瓣醬炒香,再放肉片炒熟,生抽、白糖少許白醋調味,倒入茄子。

周末早餐---法式脆皮吐司
通常的法式吐司,是厚片麵包在蛋、糖、牛奶的混合液過一下,然後用奶油煎製而成。口感滑嫩軟綿,吃起來像蛋糕。脆皮法式吐司多了一道步序:麵包在入鍋之前粘上一層打碎的玉米片(cornflakes)。
